Monday, 17 May 2021, all employees of the South Minahasa District BPS held a routine rally at the BPS office yard of South Minahasa Regency. Apel is led directly by the Head of BPS South Minahasa Regency, Mr. Hirsfeld Manullang, S.Si., M.Si. In the message he delivered, Ipel (his nickname) emphasized the importance of enforcing discipline and applicable rules for BPS South Minahasa Regency employees, especially regarding attendance, neatness and completeness of clothing and so on. On this occasion, he did not forget to also convey about the readiness of employees in carrying out their duties during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic forces all employees to adapt to new habits, namely working from home or wfh (work from home). WFH itself must be able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work, do not let work from home instead, employee productivity decreases.
