Mid-June 2021 BPS South Minahasa Regency again conducted the Rural Price Survey (SHPed). The Rural Price Survey (SHPed) is one of the surveys at BPS, especially in the Distribution Statistics Function. The Rural Price Survey is conducted regularly in the middle of every month. The collection of price data is not limited to the producer prices of various agricultural commodities, but also the retail prices of goods and services which are part of the costs of the agricultural production process (HD) as well as data on consumer prices in rural areas (HKD), namely the prices of various goods and services needed. villagers.

The rural consumer price data itself is useful in calculating the price index paid by farmers and rural inflation, it is also needed in calculating the Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP), in addition to data on producer prices in the agricultural sector.
