In order to implement the results of Regsosek data collection, training was carried out called the Implementation Skills Forum (FKP). This training was held at the Sutan Raja Hotel, South Minahasa Regency, on April 10-12 2022. The training participants were given an in-depth understanding of methods, field mechanisms, and the division of roles in implementing the FKP program.
During training sessions, officers are intensively trained on how to lead meetings involving various parties, including legal, guard chiefs, religious leaders, and community leaders. Participants also received training on how to interact well to deal with differences of opinion and have constructive discussions during the forum. Apart from that, participants are also taught how to fill out questionnaires accurately, ensuring that the data collected is truly relevant and reliable.
The government believes that data collected on the economic conditions of the entire population will provide a solid foundation that supports the effectiveness of government programs. This data will help design health, education, entrepreneurship and a number of other programs more precisely and accurately. With strong cooperation and enthusiasm in implementing Regsosek and FKP, it is hoped that the community will experience real benefits from the government's efforts to create positive change.
