Abstract

IKK is used as a proxy to measure the level of geographical difficulty of an area. The calculation of the Construction Cost Index (IKK), therefore, is based on a certain approach or assumption. The 2020 Regency/City Construction Cost Index (IKK) is compiled based on the definitive number of regencies/cities, namely 514 City Regencies, while the Provincial IKK is calculated in 34 Provinces. To calculate the Provincial IKK, the average price data from all districts/cities in each province is used.
